We are a small family run business selling a wide range of practical but pretty home and garden products, whether buying a gift or just treating yourself, we aim to make your house....a home. We pride ourselves on our high standards of customer service and care and we take time sourcing the items we stock so we can bring you the best quality products at reasonable prices. We listen to our customer feedback and do our utmost to keep our costs to a minimum benefiting both our customers and the environment by using re-cycled packaging materials without compromising on standards. Postage is FREE on all of our products so there are no hidden costs to consider.
TERMS & CONDITIONS Order Confirmation
On receipt of your order we will issue you a confirmation email. This will state clearly the items you have ordered and prices. This email will clearly indicate if any item is currently out of stock and when it is due to arrive with us.
Guarantee
All our products are supplied with three month guarantee against faulty workmanship.
Cancellation
You may for a short period be able to cancel an order placed, however if you have already received an email confirming dispatch of your order then you will have to return the unwanted items at your expense following the guidelines below.
Shipping & Returns
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return any item, for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you intend to do this. You will need to return the item at your own expense, securely packaged.
Faulty Goods
If a product arrives faulty or develops a fault within this period we will replace or repair the item or if you prefer offer a full refund. This guarantee does not cover items misused or abused. In case of faulty goods please contact us. We will issue a returns number which must be quoted on the outside of the packaging and you will be asked to securely package the item and return it to us. On receipt of the goods we will inspect them and contact you immediately to confirm the next course of action required.
